#ReadThemAllThon Final Results

Alright my lovelies,

The #ReadThemAll Read-A-Thon ends today. I can’t believe the three weeks for this challenge is over already! Boy I had plans to read all my books and be the champ at the end haha but reality hit and I didn’t get as much reading done as I thought I would. But I am proud that I finished 4 of the 8 badges and was able to evolve my Eeevee into a Flareon. So in the end I’m proud of what I was able to accomplish with this challenge. Plus, I got to read some books that have been on my TBR and that I own. I’m trying my best to read only books I own and not buy any more really. But let’s be honest we all know I have a book buying problem haha. So we shall see.

Ok results time!

So I have a total of 299 CP! So close to 300 I almost want to read 30 pages of something just to have it hit 300 even, but I don’t want to cheat haha. Anyway, I’m still very proud of my little Eevee gorwing into a fierce little Flareon. She’s totally awesome, btw! haha but for reals I wish she weren’t virtual haha.

Okay, okay. My list of books read won’t have changed much from my update a few days ago, but I’m going to list them out again anyway 🙂

For my quick thoughts/reactions on the above three books you can check out my update post here. I’ll be posting reviews on these in the near feature so stay tuned for some fleshed out reviews 🙂

The last books I read for the challenge was It Ends With Us which I finished last night & which gutted me to the core so that the story will be etched into me for a while. It literally made my soul & heart hurt, but it was beautiful and a story that needed to be told and shared and experienced. So if you can, I’d recommend reading it as soon as you can. It’s something you don’t really want to describe too much to those who haven’t read it. Instead you’d rather they just experience it for themselves. So yes, go experience my book lovers!

screen grabbed my tracking result from the awesome spreadsheet that Windie (from GeekApprentice/Dip-Into-Books) put together for this challenge! She’s amazing for sharing this with us all! I seriously loved using it to track my progress!! It also showed me that I read a total of 1547 pages for this challenge/in three weeks! That’s a lot of pages haha. But each of those pages were well worth the read.

Overall, I had so much fun with this challenge! I can’t wait to see how everyone else fared! Thanks so much to Aentee at Reading At Midnight for creating this & hosting this challenge! You are so awesome to do so! (Results post)

Lastly, I wasn’t disappointed with any of the books I read for the challenge and I think each one left something behind in me. I laughed, I cried and I revisited a favorite story in a new way. This week was the epitome of why I love books. I got to travel, fall in love, visit some gods, and have my heart torn from my chest. I got to laugh and cry and have my world changed for the better. I feel like I went on a life-changing trip. This is the power of books and story. I’m so thankful to have been able to experience these stories. To have the privilege to own these stories and be literate in order to read them. I hope your weeks reading were just as powerful, if not enjoyable!

Let me know below what books you read and how you fared in the challenge! I’ll be doing my best to blog hop around to see everyone else’s results!

Have a wonderful week my lovelies!

As always, Happy Reading!
